We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay for all hand-poured candle orders. Payments are securely encrypted. If you need to return an unused item, refunds are processed back to your original payment method once inspected.

Delivery

Each artisan candle is carefully packaged using recyclable materials in the UK. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and shipped via Royal Mail tracked service, arriving in 3–5 working days.
